"The Good, The Bad, The Weird" is a korean western movie I bought in 2008, it's got no subtitles and since I'm not that fluent in korean I read the story on wikipedia and just enjoyed the very well-done actionscenes.Here is a trailer, just in case you've never heard of it: Good Bad Weird Trailer
And my first try using Painter since 2007 or something. This is terribly difficult for me, I've been drawing in Photoshop for so long that I expect Painter to work in a similar way, but it doesn't. I guess I could set it up to make the brushes work like in photoshop, but that wouldn't make a lot of sense.Drawn from old photographs I got lying around (gotta ask mom who these ladies are):

After getting cramps in every braincell from being too stupid to use Painter properly I just drew something easier in photoshop. So there, Scout and Girlscout:
In the future, I should just spend a tiny bit of time cleaning up my sketches so I wouldn't end up with wonky anatomy all the time after coloring.I miss this game, haven't played in months :' /

Great lighting practice, and I love G-scout, I'm more a pyro/medic myself.
I wish I could tell you about 7, but I wont get mine till mid December, and even then I may wait to install till theirs more feedback from the universe.

FUCKING HELL !! ..... du weckst meinen Beschützerinstinkt. Bisschen viel Gejammer für einen Post, findest du nicht auch? Wenn die Sachen dich so sehr nerven, solltest du sie vielleicht gar nicht erst posten oder sie einfach besser machen.

ps. Wenn ich mir das alles so durchlese und anschaue, weiß ich immer noch nicht, wie du dich selbst siehst und was du mit dem Malen eigentlich erreichen willst... naja aber genug davon, bald führen wir mal n vernünftiges Gespräch, für mehr dezente Arschtritte hab ich leider keine Zeit. ;P

I have problems making people recognizable, in this case especially the poor woman at the bottom who now looks like a man xD But I'm working on it.
So I far I've heard surprisingly good things about 7, which makes me happy because I really don't have the money right now to go full-mac :'/

Now that you mention it, ich nehm' mein Gejammer schon garnicht mehr wahr. Normalerweise bin ich auch eher für nicht-posten wenn's daneben ging, aber das läuft dann wie in meinem alten blog und ich hab' mir doch vorgenommen diesen hier nicht krepieren zu lassen~

I reckon they're alright, mind you i'm no critic either, what happened to your spot, it wasn't drawn, either that or i just didn't see it. SPOT DAMMIT! :P And it's true, windows 7 is a winner, its the way vista should've been...but wasn't...i really think you'll enjoy it. It's so easy to use. I'm hungry too, time for some foodz.

Scheitern ist wichtig. Nur das Abwerten eskaliert und frisst sich auf Dauer ins Denkprogramm. Ich hab auch genug an meinem Zeug auszusetzen, wird sich auch nicht so schnell ändern, aber ich halte meine Klappe. Lass die Bilder doch mal für sich stehen und plapper nicht so viel drum rum.
Basiswissen also... n gewissen Basiswissen hast du, um bessere Sachen zu produzieren, meistens (so wie bei mir) liegt es an der Einstellung/Sichtweise. My Guru kicked me in the nuts and said: schon allein, dass man als Frischling digital malt, behindert eine gesunde persönliche Entwicklung als "Bildermacher"... ich weiß, das sollte man hier im Internetz nicht so laut sagen, sonst kommt die digi-polizei. Jedenfalls is'n Thema für sich.
Mach doch mal ne Liste mit deinen wichtigsten Einflüssen und Idolen aus der Kunstgeschichte und von Heute (auch wenn es keine Maler sondern nur einzelne Bilder sind), die dich auch wirklich präg(t)en, und mit den Gründen für deine Wahl. Klingt arg akademisch und nicht nach fun, kann aber helfen, die Perspektive auf das Problem zu ändern. Ich würd mir das gern irgendwann mal anschauen, da hätten wir sicherlich was Konkretes zum Quatschen.

Sei nicht immer so hart mit dir selbst! Wenn ich so deine Sachen von Anfang des Jahres anschaue, dann hat sich aber doch einiges getan bei dir! Vor allem Colotechnisch gesehen!

I used to follow your old site anonymously, just checking it out from time to time to see new amazing artwork. I was disappointed when you stopped updating it. I am now happy to see you have started sharing your art again. You have some absolutely amazing talent and I love coming to your site and staring at your work. (Not in a creepy way though.) I think you're doing some amazing things I enjoy watching your progression.
